1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products—including e-books, downloadable educational materials, study guides, and digital workbooks—are final and non-refundable.
Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital content, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the file or access link has been delivered.
2. Services & 1-on-1 Lessons
All service bookings—including 1-on-1 Haitian Creole tutoring sessions, group classes, and live instruction—are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Completed or Unused Sessions: Payments made for individual sessions or lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether the sessions are attended or left unused.

Rescheduling: While we do not issue refunds for cancellations, you may reschedule a session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of that session with no credit or refund granted.
