Kadoh School — Booking & Session Policies

We respect your time, and we ask that you respect ours. By booking or purchasing a session, package, class, or other service with Kadoh School, you agree to the following policies.

Payment & Booking

All sessions must be paid for in advance. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Payment reserves a specific amount of time on Kadoh's calendar.

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes individual sessions, session packages, classes, workshops, and other educational services unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

​

Rescheduling

Need to move your session? No problem — rescheduling is allowed when requested at least 8 hours before your scheduled start time. Requests made less than 8 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation. The session will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date. A new session must be purchased to book again.

No-Call / No-Show

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact Kadoh beforehand, the session is considered completed and the payment is forfeited. No-call/no-show sessions cannot be rescheduled or credited. A new session must be purchased to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original end time. Additional time cannot be added because another student may be scheduled immediately afterward. For example, arriving 15 minutes late to a 60-minute session leaves 45 minutes of instruction.

Session Packages

Packages reserve a set amount of instructional time and are non-refundable. Package hours may be divided into individual sessions based on Kadoh School's availability. All package hours must be used within 90 days of purchase. Any unused hours after the expiration date are forfeited unless an extension has been approved by Kadoh School. Package hours are for the original purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

Student Responsibility

Progress depends on participation and practice outside of class. Kadoh School provides instruction, resources, feedback, and guidance, but does not guarantee a specific level of fluency or results within a particular timeframe.

Technology Issues

Students are responsible for having a working device, internet connection, microphone, and access to the required meeting platform before their session. Time lost because of technical difficulties on the student's side cannot be refunded or automatically extended. If a significant technical issue occurs on Kadoh School's side and prevents the session from taking place, the affected time will be rescheduled or credited.

Class Materials & Recordings

Workbooks, lesson materials, audio, videos, recordings, flashcards, PDFs, and other Kadoh School resources are provided for the student's personal educational use only. Materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Session Recordings

Some classes or sessions may be recorded for educational, student-access, or content purposes. When a recording may be used publicly or for promotional purposes, appropriate permission will be obtained.

​

Respectful Conduct

Kadoh School is committed to maintaining a respectful learning environment. Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, repeated inappropriate conduct, or disruption may result in termination of services.

Instructor Cancellations

If Kadoh School needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the student will not lose the session. The session will be moved to another mutually available time or the instructional credit will remain available.

Scheduling & Availability

Purchasing a package does not guarantee a particular day or time each week. All appointments are subject to current availability.

Students are encouraged to schedule package sessions in advance when they need a consistent weekly time.

By completing a booking or purchase with Kadoh School, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these policies.
